2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through our payment providers; we never store your full card details. We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a pricing error.

4. Delivery of digital products

Most digital products are delivered automatically to your email and your account dashboard once payment is confirmed. Manual or service-based orders may take longer, and you will receive an update by email. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check your spam folder.

5. Warranty

Each product lists its own warranty period where applicable (for example, 12 months). If your access stops working within that window through no fault of your own, contact us and we will repair or replace it. Warranties do not cover misuse, sharing, or breaches of these terms.

6. Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case. If an order cannot be delivered or activated, contact us and we will fix the issue or make it right. Completed and working digital deliveries are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share the products without permission, and not to use the store for any unlawful purpose. Accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service may be suspended without refund.

8. Support & Discord

The fastest way to receive your product and get help is our Discord server. Join it to claim your buyer role, track your order, and reach our team and community. You can find the Discord link in the footer of this site, or open a support ticket from your dashboard.

9. Accounts & security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

The store and its products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from misuse of a product or from third-party platforms outside our control.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
